Mostly we teach Yoga. We also offer Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation and Relaxation classes. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner we have the right class for you.
In addition to classes we offer workshops in a wide range of wellbeing practices like Breathwork, Sound healing, Nutrition, Energetics and more.
We practice and teach Authentic yoga, by which we mean yoga in its traditional form, which includes breathing techniques and relaxation.
Whether you want to challenge yourself physically or indulge in complete relaxation we have a class on the timetable to suit your needs. Whichever class you choose you will leave on a natural high feeling better in body, mind and spirit.

Most Classes Are Streamed From The Studio - If You're Unable To Attend In Person You Have The Option Of Joining A Streaming Class.

Class capacity is 15 during Covid-19. For health and safety and insurance compliance we cannot make exceptions. Please do not drop in on the off-chance of a place if the class is shown as full on the timetable.
For classes with a waiting list students are automatically notified by email when a place becomes available.
BY US We will advise pre-booked students directly by email or text.
BY YOU Cancellation of a booking can be done up to 24 hours before the class start time. We do not issue refunds but your account will be credited with a class pass if you cancel in this time frame.
The Studio at Mila reserves the right to amend class times and prices, but will always provide fair warning in advance.
