What we do

Mostly we teach Yoga. We also offer Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation and Relaxation classes. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner we have the right class for you.

In addition to classes we offer workshops in a wide range of wellbeing practices like Breathwork, Sound healing, Nutrition, Energetics and more.

We practice and teach Authentic yoga, by which we mean yoga in its traditional form, which includes breathing techniques and relaxation.

Whether you want to challenge yourself physically or indulge in complete relaxation we have a class on the timetable to suit your needs. Whichever class you choose you will leave on a natural high feeling better in body, mind and spirit.

The Studio Is Fully Open But We're Still Being Cautious About Covid-19.
For Your Own Safety You Will Need To Bring Your Own Mat, Towel & Blanket.
Most Classes Are Streamed From The Studio - If You're Unable To Attend In Person You Have The Option Of Joining A Streaming Class.

FULL CLASSES

Class capacity is 15 during Covid-19. For health and safety and insurance compliance we cannot make exceptions. Please do not drop in on the off-chance of a place if the class is shown as full on the timetable.

For classes with a waiting list students are automatically notified by email when a place becomes available.

CANCELLATIONS

BY US We will advise pre-booked students directly by email or text.

BY YOU Cancellation of a booking can be done up to 24 hours before the class start time. We do not issue refunds but your account will be credited with a class pass if you cancel in this time frame.

The Studio at Mila reserves the right to amend class times and prices, but will always provide fair warning in advance.

    Most of these are suitable for beginners

    • Restorative yoga

      Gentle stretching assisted by props and a safe guiding hand; ideal for recuperation from injury or simply deep relaxation.

      Deep, long stretching to release tension in the fascia (connective tissue). A relaxing practice with a focus on stillness of body, breath, and mind.

      An informal get-together for meditation and relaxation. A chance to learn new forms of meditation or deepen your own practice.

      A balance of traditional asana and flow routines, with a focus on opening the body with the breath. Go with the flow mindfully, offload stress and revitalise.
